LOAN QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
In order to qualify for a loan, you must meet ALL
of the following 10 requirements:
1. You must be at least 18 years of age.
2. You must earn at least $1500.00 per month.
3. You must be currently employed and have worked at the same job
for at least 6 months.
4. Prior to giving you a loan, we will contact your current listed
employer and ask them to honor a Wage Assignment Agreement. This is an
agreement by your employer to garnish your wages to repay the loan
(plus any fees and penalties) should you fail to pay. This would
authorize your employer to take money directly from your paycheck
prior to paying you should you default on your loan. Should your
employer not agree to a Wage Assignment Agreement, your application
will be declined.
5. The company you work for must be listed in any
of several resources as a bonafide, formal organization, with 50 or more employees, or your
application will be declined. For example, we use directories like
Hoover
's, D&B, Manta and Google searches to verify the employer is
legitimate.
6. You must be reachable at work during local
work hours. We will make at least 2 attempts to reach you at work
through the main company phone number operator or receptionist, to
verify your identity and to confirm your authorizations. If you are
unreachable, and don't return our calls within 2 weeks, or if the
operator cannot identify your employment, your application will be
declined.
7. The application must contain valid contact
information. We will call the contact phone numbers. Should your
listed number be incorrect or disconnected, your application will be
declined.
8. Your application must contain a valid Social Security Number.
9. The provided Social Security Number must match your employment
records.
10. The bank account information provided must be
valid for both EFT deposits and EFT debits.
